High micromanagement, the owner acts as if he is the busiest person in the entire world! you need to run behind him 100 times to seek approval for a given task and if not done in time you are to be blamed. Pathetic office where you find cockroaches having lunch with you! They expect you to finish your lunch in 15 min and get back to work, both husband and wife have different opinions on a tasks due to which there is no progress and again employees are to be blamed, stay away from this company at all costs you will not get any exposure or learnings they just show thy have offices in dubai and UK but in total there are only a few people in the company. and dont fall for their linkdin employee number they have dummy accounts to show large number of people. save your career do not join this company at any cost.
