Staff was great! Fun job for a younger demographic -- kept me on my feet!

Not very team-oriented. Super independent.

-Employees are kind and welcoming. -There is some room for creativity. (There used to be more, but concerns about traffic and relationships with brands have taken priority.)

-Management prioritizes traffic above all else. Clickbait is openly encouraged. Awkwardly working the SEO phrase into the first 50 words is more important than writing a readable sentence. -Managers care more about catering to potential advertisers than about honest reporting. -Employees are overworked and micromanaged. Working from home is discouraged. Going on press trips is officially "encouraged" but often privately discouraged. Office holidays are limited (employees are expected to work on Christmas Eve). -Most of the staff feels overwhelmed and burnt out. There is a lot of turnover. Managers don't receive training and don't seem to consider how they can help their employees grow. Employees are treated more like content faucets than like human beings.
