The team dynamic is one of the best I've experienced — small but mighty, and everyone's contributions are felt and valued. The learning opportunities here are real and constant. Personal and professional growth aren't just buzzwords at Subscribe Pro — they're baked into the day-to-day culture. I left with a significantly broader skill set than when I arrived. The remote culture is well established and genuinely works. The team communicates well across the distance, and there's a level of trust and autonomy that makes remote work here feel natural rather than forced.

This role isn't for everyone. To thrive here, you need to be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable finding answers on your own. Because it's a startup, you'll wear many hats — your scope will likely extend beyond a traditional job description. If you embrace that, it's one of the best parts of the job. If you prefer a rigid, narrowly defined role, it may feel like a stretch.

Subscribe Pro is a start up that has been around for a while (2014) but recently has been growing and maturing in its culture. The nature of subscriptions in ecommerce is complex with many different technologies involved and the clients are from many different industries. In the past, this complexity was very challenging for new hires and, based on feedback, improving the onboarding experience for new team members is now an important company goal. I enjoy working here because the team is very high trust, I have autonomy to make an impact and there are endless opportunities to grow. I also think that the work life balance and PTO is really good for a start up.

Minpunten

The company is small so there is less structure than at larger organizations. Some people do well in this environment and some don’t.
