Starting pay is alright compared to similar positions. The cytology department supervisors are pretty great and supportive.

Minpunten

There is a department that runs smoothly and has good supervisors but the rest of the departments are highly dysfunctional and toxic with lots of gossip and a lack of supportive supervising.
