The guests and full time residents that are in the resorts.

Minpunten

The upper management that do not live in the resorts and drop in only every few months. Nasty, sarcastic, vulgar, completely unprofessional with both the staff and guests.

Great perks and culture at the Main Office. A lot of collaboration with other teams. Transparent.

With any publicly traded company, a lot of approvals needed for certain things.
