There are no legitimate pros to speak of. In general any perks offered to employees are eventually revoked or cut back and there are no educational opportunities or opportunities for real advancement.

Minpunten

Expectations far too high, pay far less than industry standards across the board, chaotic and highly stressful enviroment, inadequate benefits, inefficient process implementation and maintenance. Management has no concern for employee satisfaction.

Lies, no job security, smoke & mirrors, favoritism, discriminatory, expect far more from you then the pay scale warrants, no regular raised normally due to "cash crunches" and the longer you have been there the worst you are treated. Just a few cons!!!
