There's nothing good about working here. The FOUNDER AND HR need to literally STOP MICROMANAGEMENT. Moreover, they should stop harrassing their employees and ex-employees.

Highly unprofessional HR who really knows nothing about her job. She's just there as a PERSONAL SECRETARY to the FOUNDER. The FOUNDER demands respect but does nothing to earn it. She behaves very rudely with her employees and is absolutely INTOLERANT towards any opinion that contradicts hers. Impractical targets, no appointment letter given, no sick or paid leaves. You're nothing but a slave to them. PS: THE HR will occasionally come up with reviews to mention how good the company is so please don't fall in the 100% positive review trap. They delete and report any negative reviews!
