Everyone works together to help each other excel and improve. The company itself is constantly working to not only create a successful workplace and business, but maintain it.

Multiple locations/bases makes it difficult to get to know everyone that works for the company.

Only positive is the people that USED to work there. They either fired them all of drove them to quit based on their money hungry agenda.

Truly one of the most awful places I've Worked. No organization to the company. They expect you to work way over the normal 9-5 and the pay was terrible. The owners and upper management think they are better than all of the employees who do the actual ground work and allow them to continue to make money. They look down on their own employees and have crazy double standards. The owners also outwardly mocked social justice protests and made politically incorrect comments. They are money hungry slum lords who will cut corners at the expense of the working class. The upper management does not care about their residents.
