Pluspunten
Unfortunately there are not many benefits to working at SunSource. Some people are nice and helpful, but very isolated feeling when in office.
Minpunten
The pay is less than stellar and below industry standards. Management tends to only focus on the employees that are in their 'inner group'. A very dictatorial style management style that focuses on the sales department only. SunSource has been going through economic decline for years and there is the message be open to change. Once a change is recommended taking a new direction it is met with scorn or disapproval from the top executives unless it is 'their idea'. Very good ole' boy system which leads to not being in the know how when revolving around your job responsibilities. I would not recommend and only as a stepping stone.
