Some talented people remain, but most of the best have already left.
Minpunten
Working here was a nightmare from the top down. The co-founders ran the company like an ego project. They are arrogant, directionless, and completely unwilling to listen to experienced employees. Restructures happened so often you couldn’t keep up, and people were blamed for not adapting fast enough. Layoffs became routine while leadership lied about job security and still demanded more output. The product itself was a disappointment, mostly stitched together from white-labeled services, with leaders cutting corners and pushing shady tactics like hiding unsubscribe buttons just to trap users. The culture was toxic, sexist, and fueled by fear, with leaders yelling in meetings, humiliating employees, and surrounding themselves with yes-men. I couldn’t recommend it to friends without feeling guilty.
