Around 60 people were let go after months of work from home — and the only communication was a single email. No farewell, no proper send-off, no empathy shown to people who gave their time and effort to the company. For a company that talks about culture, this was a low point. Employees deserved better than that.

The product is solving interesting challenges, which offer so many opportunities to grow and learn. The team is smart and collaborative, and people are generally willing to help and share knowledge across functions. Compensation was very competitive. There's a lot of autonomy, which is great if you're someone who likes to own your work without being hand-held constantly. Everyone is approachable, so you don't feel unheard, and support is always a chat away.

None worth noting that would discourage anyone from joining. Tips: If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and like owning your work, you'll fit right in. Come in with a learning mindset and be proactive about your growth conversations; the opportunity is there, you just have to reach for it.
