The company is growing quickly and the work itself can be challenging and engaging. Some coworkers were incredibly talented. There was opportunity to learn a lot in a short amount of time, especially in a fast-paced startup-style environment

Minpunten

Leadership structure and expectations were often unclear and inconsistent. Employees were expected to take on responsibilities outside their defined roles without proper support, guidance, or staffing. Communication between management levels frequently felt disconnected, which created confusion, shifting priorities, and unnecessary stress. Concerns about workload, prioritization, and role clarity were raised multiple times but were not meaningfully addressed. There also appeared to be inconsistent treatment regarding flexibility, support, and performance management depending on the employee. Morale within the department declined significantly over time due to burnout, lack of transparency, and fear surrounding job security.
