- Using customer's money for his own good., Stealing products and making fake tour and travel claims
- no focus on work...One can easily ruin their career by working with Supertron Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
- Management listens to the people who knows nothing about business, ethics or behaviour.
- Educational qualification not mandatory for any one...An office boy can become a branch manager if he has given ample amount of time to the organisation..
- No manners in any of the higher Management guys to talk to their Employees..They can even abuse...
- No HR policies.
