As with most organizations, meetings meetings meetings...Diversity is a challenge. Diversity is mostly prevalent in the entry level positions - very little if any diversity in the higher level/titled positions. I want to note change fatigue as an area of concern though I know it's something we try very hard to get right. Change has to happen but know you'll hear some groans along the way.
