Pluspunten
It's pretty fun. Management is pretty laid back and everyone is treated like family. The tasks are pretty simple, mostly just keeping clothes folded and working the registers. It's very busy during the summer but dies almost completely when school is back in session. The interview process was just basic get to know you questions and was very simple. Great starter job for teens.
Minpunten
District managers are pretty strict but that's to be expected in retail. You also will get written up if you don't appear busy. This can be avoided by just walking around when you aren't busy or when the store is dead. It's minimum wage which isn't bad for a starter job by any means but if you want a job to provide liveable income it's not the best option when it comes to retail positions.
