Project managers for this company are pretty nice working with. Also the company has some recurring projects which allows me to establish more consistent and even better relationships with store managers. They now have a dedicated chat feature for merchandisers on location in stores if you have a job related question where they usually answer fairly quickly.
Minpunten
They do not have a phone number for reps to call to reach project managers except if the individual project manager happens to give you their number. This is very inconvenient for reps to have to use instant messaging to reach the company. It seems quite unprofessional and weird. Support rarely answers in a timely manner to instant messaging. There is rarely any compensation for mileage (gas used) in your project pay. The majority of projects pay low.
