The people there are rather friendly and welcoming Colleagues are willing to advice and teach when unsure Clean and comfortable office environment to work in

Minpunten

Management may need to improve in terms of different jobscopes assigned. Some managers / head of the department seems unsure about the company’s products information etc after working for 2 years or more and even got a promotion. Extra jobscopes from other departments are assigned to the department I worked in . Always using “ this is how the company has always done “ as an excuse to turn away the department’s jobscope, when one of the staff resigned. Staff turnover rate seems rather high
