The payment it is not 100% on social security, this is causing a lot of debt on the people working in there paying excessive taxes to the government There is no career path for any role There is no bench There is no healthy management, the people is not important There is not trust on the management. It is difficult to know if they are saying the truth or not to any advise/benefit/etc

They did not go bankrupt.

Communication with this team was a challenging nightmare. They have literally zero integrity. I get the sense there was fraudulent activities going on but above my pay grade - just beware.... If you value surrounding yourself with good people, good moral, then stay away from Svitla Systems.
