Disappointing to say the least - werkgeversreview Designer bij Sway Creative Labs

For an agency that describes itself as a 'Creative Lab', Sway is arguably the least creative environment in which I've ever worked. The majority of the work is healthcare-focussed so you're working purely within rigid templates, with little to no room for creativity beside swapping out stock images. Absolutely no room for growth or development. Incredibly high turnover rate of staff, very little security - staff contracts terminated without warning.
