Worked for ten months as Parts Manager here. During this time I had observed that the company doesn’t care about its employees at all, the running joke was that it was like a ‘meat grinder’, where they would chew people up, spit them out, and move on to the next one. I was offered an opportunity that was too attractive to refuse, upon giving my notice they had asked that I stick around past the generous 30 day notice that I had provided so that I could assist with training my successor, and to help with prepping for the upcoming physical inventory. I worked through the 18th day of the month, and moved on to my new opportunity, and departed on what I thought was a good foot. When payday rolled around I was shocked to discover that they didn’t pay me any portion of my commissions for that month. When I called to inquire why I was told that the language in my pay plan stated that I would have had to be employed on the last day of the month in order to be paid commissions. So after being asked to stay on board longer than I had planned in order to help the company, they turned around and rewarded me by not paying me any part of the commissions that I had earned. Overall feel very cheated by this company, would not recommend to anyone, nor would I ever consider working here again.
