Management (Director and Managers) have no idea what they are doing and they do not listen to their employees at all (they claim its open door policy, but when you bring up issues to them be prepared for your negative review at the end of the quarter or year), it is their way or the highway. Pay is very very low, I would say among the lowest salaries in the industry and non hourly, but they want you to work long hours all the time and be on-call with no extra pay at all (most places pay extra for on-call or at the very least over time for the extra hours you put in. If you are looking for a long term career this is not the place unless you want to be underpaid and taken advantage of. Experienced people should look elsewhere. Rob Roy and upper management are very out of touch with what goes on with their employees.
