The company actually cares about the people they are putting to work. Great work environment, everyone is eager to help anyone who needs it. Everyone that works here seems to always have a positive mentality and genuinely enjoys coming into work.

I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

Minpunten

Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
