Pluspunten

Good staff, money not bad, canteen facilities, free parking, well located, management were courteous and friendly if a bit deluded .

Minpunten

Production was a tedious process until it was moved from Ireland, despatch and packing not much better, long ,long days.

The work culture used to be pretty great. The end of the year perks around Christmas have always been my favorite. Birthdays and holidays always acknowledged. The work itself is easy but tedious and often time consuming. They don't make you feel bad for using your vacation time.

Minpunten

Management tends to have a bit of favouritism. Men are taken more seriously than women. Certain long tenured people can get away with anything without any reprecussions. Bad behaviors are often excused.
