It's frustrating to be expected to meet targets when you're transferred to assist with accounts you're not trained for, especially when those accounts still count toward your performance evaluation. On top of that, you're expected to handle calls without extra compensation, and all you get in return is "Thank you for your flexibility!"—which doesn't justify the heavy workload.
