I also appreciate the strong work-life balance. There is flexibility and trust, which allows me to do my best work while still maintaining time for my family and personal life. Overall, it's been a positive place to grow professionally while working alongside talented colleagues who are invested in helping each other and our customers succeed.

I don't have any significant cons to note based on my experience. Like any growing company, there are always opportunities to refine processes, but overall my experience has been very positive.
