      Pluspunten

      Best recruiters, account managers, location, and atmosphere I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The pros of these employees greatly outweighs the cons of the CEO.

      Minpunten

      The CEO. He thinks he is inspiring, knowledgeable, and positive but that is not the case. Every few months he is known for having severe mood changes where everyone fears for their jobs. He also never lets anyone go himself. Overall he should not be running a company.

      - does nothing to advocate for you as the contract worker - poor communication (delay on emails, typos, unhelpful, unresponsive) - disconnect between you (contract worker) and the client - takes an unknown, undisclosed percentage of your pay from the client throughout the duration of your contract and does nothing to help you—the consultant—after hiring you
