Flexible schedule and interesting project but no resource.

Minpunten

The worst management chain compares to my previous employers. Managers micromanage, have favorite, and have no clue on how to promote innovation, team work and proper methodology.

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
