-Company truly believes in work/life balance ethic for its employees. -Synopsys has one of the most professional and respectful workforce I've ever seen. - The benefits offered to employees while not great but pretty competitive. - Synopsys has a classy management team. Communication is clear and the people are honest. One would never expect any shady behavior from the Synopsys management team. -Company also believes in and promote excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers.

Technology is boring. Company is not innovative. Growth is only achieved by adding market shares from acquisitions. Thus there are not a lot of career opportunities at Synopsys.
