Before that they can only be seen broadcasting birthday emails to everyone and moreover are don't have employee focus in their curriculum. 5. The managers are well focused towards axing their own team's career so much that they forget to lead the team with a clear vision. They are so focused on the process and how the work should be done that it becomes a total blur why is the job being done. 6. A company with great technical minds who are present in the ratio of 1:5000. So if you are not in that lucky office then God save you from the Manager's wrath. 7. Most people feel dedicated and determined to join Synopsys after reading nice scripted reviews about this company on the internet and once they get to know the real picture post joining, they feel more so in changing their jobs sooner.
