You will work with some incredible people dedicated to their work and very supportive when the going gets tough and you will get to work on some interesting client projects. There are some excellent mentors and managers if you're lucky to get one. If you join earlier on in your career you may be given lots of responsibilities which help you gain good experience early on.
Minpunten
There is almost zero development and training compared to competitors. Toxic leadership mentioned by others is real, it makes your day to day challenging having to deal with poor behaviours from leaders and people are afraid to speak up for fear of retribution. Favouritism is obvious with who consistently gets financially rewarded and praised. Everyone says it used to be amazing but that wasn't my experience.
