Overtime if you want it, decent pay scale, some employees are really good people. Clean, well lit, safety is prioritized.
Minpunten
The payroll has not been able to pay a large majority of employees correctly since summer 2025. Employees are not being paid correctly for overtime worked, and some employees even report only receiving half of the pay they were owed for weeks on end with no fix in sight. Employees also report having PTO stolen from them. The company has recently mandated all of production for 5 weeks in a row, their reasoning being that "too many people used their PTO at the beginning of the year." Which leads me to believe that no matter when you use your PTO, you will be punished for it by being mandated. If you have no life outside of work, this is the place to be. If you have a family or any hobbies you enjoy this place will rip you away from them.
