Large amount of turnover of employees from senior management to junior positions. Very little consistency due to this. A lot of nepotism: sons and friends put in high level positions that they are not qualified for. Short term thinking leading to business and structural decisions backfiring quickly or not panning out. High turnover lowers motivation and lowers company loyalty.
