Pluspunten
T-Mobile has a good reputation and to some degree there is flexibility. Good benefits. Nice facilities. I like that there are work out facilities and that the offices are kept clean with little "perks" for the employees at the work location.
Minpunten
Opportunity for advancements aren't great especially for folks that chose not to relocate. There are times I'm skeptical about what I'm told versus what is really happening behind the scenes. I wouldn't say that I don't trust management but I have to say that I'm cautious not to take everything on face value.
