They will make you work a full day knowing they want to terminate employment Micro Managed by Managers Chained to the desk - staff are expected to log EVERY working minute no real allowances for VDU breaks, toilet breaks, refreshments etc MD allows other male colleagues to proposition female colleagues at work events (unwantedly) without repurcussion Profits matter more than employees Low staff retention due to awful management and toxic environment Technical staff are not allowed to jointly work together - so much for being #united Management do not listen to staff Staff are worked like dogs with no bonus or real pay rise. Management would oust you if they dont like your personality even if you are competant at the job.
