Salaries are paid on time most of the time, seems to be the only benefit.

It's requires a lot of efforts and time to compile the cons of this organizations. In our case we are working for an organization and TASC is only acting as an outsourcing party managing our payrolls and visas. We have very little to deal with TASC but in this very little interaction often proves to be nightmare which is not limited to forgetting or delaying visa renewals of employees, no performance reviews or increments in years despite having mentioned in the appointment letters, lowest possible blue collar category insurance given to engineers which is often less than 0.5 percent of their salaries. Basically the role TASC plays is only paying you the amount paid by the de facto employer, after deducting their commission, hence they play the role of a commission agent who try to avoid paying any committed benefits using all unethical or even illegal means possible unless the employee catches them. Employees are charged for their employment process and even in some cases the employer charges additional commission for doing visa process in addition to the immigration charges and fees.

- company provides a great service to its clients - quick growth opportunity in knowledge about the staffing industry - above market average pay

Minpunten

- CEO has zero human skills, manages by inducing fear, yells all the time and above all, he thinks he has nothing else to learn - fear cascades down to senior management, they justify the CEOs behavior, HR is not doing anything to stop this - roles are hyped by attractive names, but everyone in sales (including management) is doing the same - research, cold calling and acquisition - no home office although it is promised when you get an offer - if you are not in office the question is "where were you?", if you are in office, the question is "why are you here if you work in sales?" - not a multicultural environment - company wants to become global but don't do well in keeping non-Indian talent becaus of the culture they are not willing to change - "if you don't accept it, you will not be successful here" - bi-annual commission system instead of monthly or quarterly, which they use as a retention tool - people will stay to get their bonus
