They are an agile company, and I have seen management make the necessary adjustments to ensure we continue to thrive in an ever-changing software landscape. I enjoy working with my fellow developers and I also have the opportunity to work closely with our support and services team to resolve customer issues directly, which is like no place I've worked at before. I work on a variety of projects and new technologies so I am never bored. Software development and delivery has changed so much over the years and yet we continue to move forward, adapt to changing priorities and deliver, keeping our customers happy which makes it a pleasurable place to work.

This is not the place for you if your dream job is to only manage others. Everyone in development writes code. There are no paper-pushers.

Most employees have their own office. Laid back, casual atmosphere.

I'm writing this from an R&D perspective. Management for R&D has no idea what they're doing. Spent almost 8 years working on a new release of their flagship product only to have the project cancelled to focus on other projects. Yearly reviews are a joke here. One year you're a great employee (exceeds expectations) the next you're on notice (did not meet expectations) back to exceeds the next. Some employees are favored over others and get to work independently without much oversight and therefore work a lot less than some of the rest of us.
