Good for female employees. Used to have quite a few pros till the first Management was active, the last couple of years brought in massive changes.
Minpunten
No growth path, bosses take decisions as per their choice of employee. Here, in sales somehow numbers dont matter ,only if you can massage your boss's inflated ego, your ratings improve. All you need to do is carry your ZH's tiffin box, do his personal travel bookings, drive him around in your car , and youre his favorite. Hard work of the ground level RM is shown as that of the ZHs.Worst is top management turns a blind eye to it. 6 days working evenif on papers its 5 days. If they had their way, sundays would have been working as well.
