Projection and blaming superiors in underperformance is of course your choice, but if we could have done more for you to succeed, we will be more than happy to hear your feedback more in detail. Regarding your comment about fix salary, you mention it is super low, it is a basic salary, which should be roughly 50% of your monthly earnings. If you choose commission based salary structure and do not do even a bare minimum to even achieve your KPIs, there is not much management can do for you.
