1. starting from year 2010, TD setup an unrealistic target. It's impossible for everyone to achieve. 2. TD is now trying to push everyone to reach their target, or they will fire you within 3months. The way they are using to fire you is very strategic. They dont lay you off, but they say you cannot meent job min. requirement. In which case they dont need to pay any lay off compensation. 3. On one side, they are trying to save money to reduce staffs, on the other side, company is still wasting money on some un-neccessary hardware upgrade.
