There's is no comprehensible hierarchy, people that have been there the longest seem to be able to do as they please and "manage" everyone else, although they have no experience in managing people or are more skilled than others in any way. There is a lot of competition going on between employees and it can get quite nasty. Bullying also occurred several times.
