There used to be some now there is none. We used to have a good reputation now everything has started to rot. In place of mutual respect, now it's just blame game and blackmail does the job.
Minpunten
It's a dying company. Soon it will be closed down based on constant down performance. TIL are in a layoff spree. Shockingly, TIL is laying off people who could have saved them in this dying hours. Don't join just to get involved in this dirty politics created vested interest of certain individuals. Like minded colleagues of mine have already started looking for worst case options. We are desperate to leave this company. Really tired of seeing such mismanagement without any opportunity of improvement. They have lost all our respects when we saw them laying off people who were already very senior and old employees. They are even laying of high profile executives, freshers, good performing mid management officers. We don't care about job security anymore. We know it could be our number any day. Advice to Placement Officers : Please don't invite TIL to your College. Don't waste a year in a fresh graduate's life.
