Pluspunten

There is a minimum word limit for pros so I have to somehow meet it. Let me just say the ONLY pro is that you get a paycheck.

Minpunten

This company strung along all of us on a seasonal project and said we'd be out 02/2018 well then on 12/22/2017 they decided to come into all the production rooms and tell us SUPRISE! You're all out of a job as of 12/27/2017 but "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!" then when multiple people asked if there were any other WAH jobs to apply for they said no, unfortunately there isn't. So basically they guaranteed we'd all be employed full time until 02/2018 and then let us know the end date changed to 12/27/2017 ONLY five days before that date. It was super unprofessional and really cruddy of them to do.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
