Payment on time. Benefits like discounts at various companies. Great colleagues that make the everyday work kind of fun.

Minpunten

Possibly the worst management I have ever seen. People who are in charge were very unqualified and in many cases it felt like they were just taken because no one else was available. Most supervisors/managers are clearly not suit for these positions, as they are very affected by stress and in many cases have absolutely no idea how to talk to human beings.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
