Terrible company, no organization at all, the company range your arrival in the city (lisbon), they promise lot of things, like languages course and stuff, they always said is full already or they havw problems with it, they actually treat you like a number, they don' t even know your name, if you have a problem with the accomodation they assign you, nobody answer to your request, about the job the only good thing was my team, (if you are lucky inhalf to have good collegues) , the managament is terrible, just imagine you can became a supervisor only if you don' t give up after a year, such most of the people keep quitting all the time, they are just arrogant boss, there is no teamleader in that place. Most important the salary they took money out of your salary even if you don' t go one day at work in a month, such you lose the day at work plus all the bonuses. Only if you justify that you don t lose the bonuses. Good luck with administration paper in portugal, if you are very sick you cannot wait half day in offices to get that paper. I never worked in a bad company like that. I suggest to avoid it completely.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
