None, aside fom being over 3 years stuck in a role where I top perform, no outs, They create small family groups who then turn against each other and no outs from the project unless you have ties aoutside. No help nor development or progression plans are ever there. It is more like an illegal organisation wher things come top those who have rthe right friends. IT Personell and equipment below standard, unless you work for their top clients, in which case, be prepared to be a call centrer operator between 1000s. Ashamed bvy their abuse of workers in the Philippines and Colombia and to have overlooked coronavirus cases in Portugal where a friend of mine was infected at work!

If you like to stay stuck on teh same wage with no monetary increase ever, being paid below standard and get excluded if you are not part of certain circles. Join TP and get stuck for life.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
