For customer service or inbound call center agent: basic salary is Php13500 + Php3000 monthly for attendance bonus + sales incentives.
The agent receives increment every six months. The amount (% of basic) of raise depends on performance (customers rate the agent from 1 to 10, depending on how the agent resolved the customer's concerns)

The salary indicated is actually lower compared to other call centers. Promotion is tainted by politics. Unless promoted within 3 years, it is not good to stay in this company.

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
