I left a job that I loved ( i left due to all though i loved my job the unsociable hours constant 5 days nightshift a week hurt me and my partners relationship) i left it to come here and within minutes realised i had made the biggest mistake of my life I plead with anyone please do not make the same mistake I am lucky that after only 5 months there I have escaped to a much better company doing the same role as here but for a company that cares. if you want an enviroment where one day you talk to somebody the next day there sacked then come here the turn over is at least 10 a week out the door. even in the training we got told that alot of the advisors were " dead wood" and would be moved so theres no chance of being there to long. If you are not in the clique then dont expect to come to work and have a nice enviroment. Team leaders who you are told are there to help but when asked for help do every possible thing to avoid helping and get out of your way as soon as is humanly possible. no chance of progression. Unfair management of teams its one big mistake a company like eon should never ever ever have used this company as an outsource they are a disgrace be prepared to be made to pretend to the client (eon) when they are in that everything is rosey but the second they walk out of the door the real "hell" that this call centre is comes well and truly back. Seriously if this company has crossed your mind just dont.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
