Pluspunten

It is a steady paying job with great transportation and health and dental benefits like car insurance and a discount for public transportation the longer you stay and go with the flow of the constant changing rules the more you will be considered for a promotion with little to no effort. If you love customer service you will love this place.

Minpunten

If you are trying to move up fast it wont happen unless you are a suck up to the higher ups. Good work and lots of appreciation from your superiors and the client is not a good unless you are happy with staying at an entry level position.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
