Pluspunten

Bonuses but they try to make it impossible to get them and keep changing the bonus structure so less and less people receive bonuses. They give you equipment.

Minpunten

They change rules, policies and procedures almost everyday. It’s very hard to keep up with something changing so much. They also constantly change the goals again trying to make sure no one is able to get the monthly bonuses. They talk to you like your their child and show no respect. They micro manage everything you do. You change teams and team leaders a lot!!!! Management is always changing. A lot of people quit than that puts extra work on you. No day is the same. This place is a merry go round full of constant change. Management also shows no empathy towards the employees.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
