You work from home with a decent schedule that you get to pick from. Great company not a lot of downtime like some other companies. When its there fault for down time you still get paid. Great training from home on phone and internet but still feels like you are in a class room training. If you need private one on one with trainer you will get it. Help is always there as long as you ask for it. over all great company to work for.
